Jankidevi Public School is an activity oriented school where the emphasis is not only laid on strengthening the academic skills of students but sharpening of extracurricular skills as well. At Jankidevi the students develop their overall personality by involving themselves in different kind of sports, which is one mode of developing the physical, cognitive, and socio emotional development of students thus giving an overall balanced personality. Our well developed infrastructure not only helps and aids the students to deliver the best but also avail the best of knowledge. Our Science Lab, English Language Lab and Computer Labs are well furnished and well equipped with latest facilities. Our sports complex is designed on International parameters. All this leads to a good environment for holistic development of our students.

We offer a wide range of extra curricular activities under one roof. Our school offers Gym, Martial Art, Skating, Rifle Shooting, Swimming, and ample of sports activities like Basket ball, Volley ball, Badminton, Chess and Carrom. Recently we have tied up with Cricket Australia for training and grooming our budding talent. Our cricket pitch is prepared by Mr. Kaakosh Chatterjee who has also prepared the cricket pitch of Sawai Mansing Stadium- Jaipur where the IPL matches are played. This gives our students an exposure to International level of playing.

Our school in some sections is Air cooled whereas our Cambridge Section is fully Air Conditioned.

As a school we develop a curriculum that enhances learning & problem solving skills which are key essentials for the CBSE curriculum. We follow the continuous & comprehensive evaluation of CBSE through scholastic and co-scholastic assessments.

According to CBSE curriculum the academic year is divided into two terms - Term I & Term II. Both terms consists of 2 formative assessment & 1 summative assessments. The students are graded on scholistic & co-scholistic performance.

Yes, it is recognized by CBSE, CISCE and state education boards in India as a qualification for entry to class XI or for other higher secondary education courses. It is also a recognized class X qualification, as one of the prerequisites, for admission to undergraduate courses in India.

A variety of assessment techniques are used, appropriate to the various subjects, such as oral and listening tests, practical and coursework which look at overall performance over the two-year period (Grade IX and X), and contribute 30-50% of the final grade, in addition to written examinations.

By continuous and comprehensive evaluation system, we are able to observe and assess the students on academics as well as co-scholastic areas. It ensures a broad based education and helps to reveal the hidden potential of the student and to channelize it accordingly.

Cambridge Programme is an assessment programme from the Cambridge University which focuses on developing the students’ logical reasoning and application based strategies. The curriculum is a stress free curriculum. This means that the introduction and presentation of a topic is presented through activities which involve the students thus creating a will and desire for learning. This aids the students to find their studies interesting and not a burdened or thrusted form of knowledge. Learning through this takes place effectively and is long lasting. The students look for different ways and means of finding an answer and become capable of incorporating their knowledge in day to day life.

We at Jankidevi believe in ‘stretch your skills and knowledge’. Learners are prepared at a young age to tackle problems unfamiliar to them. The teaching techniques - fun way of approaching the content of the subject help learners to face all competitive examinations successfully.

Cambridge Curriculum is a superb preparation for the overall development. The specification of the syllabus may differ. But the application based knowledge of the Cambridge provokes the thinking power of the learners. It has an outlook on quality education rather than quantity education.
